  1. Delivery service
    1. Door-to-door delivery service: Before using the promotional code, you can enjoy free delivery service when the purchase amount exceeds HK$350. If the purchase amount is less than HK$350 before using the promotional code, a delivery service fee of HK$20 will be required. Please note that each order is limited to a single delivery location.
      Smart cabinet self-pickup service: As long as your order meets the smart cabinet self-pickup conditions, you can use the smart cabinet self-pickup service. Before using the promotional code, you can enjoy free smart locker self-pickup service if your purchase amount exceeds HK$150. If the purchase amount is less than HK$150 before using the promotional code, a smart locker self-pickup service fee of HK$15 will be required. Smart cabinet self-pickup conditions:
      The total weight of the goods does not exceed 4 kilograms 2. The total volume of the goods is less than 100% 3. All goods are in smart cabinets and are eligible for self-pickup at the pick-up point: with purchases over HK$30, you can enjoy free pick-up at the pick-up point.     2. For delivery addresses without lift service, delivery service is limited to the eight floors above the ground floor.

    4. We currently deliver goods during restricted hours to the following areas (except public holidays): (i) Ma Wan, (ii) Discovery Bay, (iii) Tung Chung District, (iv) Airport. (i) Ma Wan designated delivery time: every Tuesday and Saturday (12:00 – 16:00); (ii) Discovery Bay designated delivery time: every Tuesday and Saturday (12:00 – 16:00); ( iii) Tung Chung designated delivery time: every Tuesday and Saturday (16:00 – 22:30); (iv) Airport designated delivery time: every Thursday (10:00 – 14:30).
    5. We currently do not deliver to the following areas: (1) Islands area, including AsiaWorld-Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Ping Chau (except the Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung), (2) Any controlled areas and areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.
    6. We will deliver the products you order to the delivery address you provide through our staff or third-party suppliers. When the product is delivered to the delivery address you provided, you must receive the product in person (unless you have given us special instructions to leave the delivery items outside the door or at the lobby management office (you must be responsible for such delivery) You bear the risk of loss of the delivered product under any circumstances).   2. Refunds and returns
    1. Please read the return or exchange policy specified for individual products before ordering.
